Using the site
The Tech Den Academy website is provided so parents, carers, and adult learners can understand the offer, manage a household account, and book available sessions.
Users should make sure the account details they provide are accurate, especially household member names and any information that affects booking suitability.
Household accounts and credits
Credits are managed at household level. One credit equals one person for one session, and the shared balance can be used across children or adults in the same household.
Credit packs expire after 60 days. Membership credits reset every 30 days. Bookings are always subject to availability.
Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
A booking is only secured when the household has enough credits and the session still has space available.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by Tech Den Academy. Any cancellation or refund outcome is managed according to the academy's operating policy at the time.
Memberships and pricing
Memberships are intended to provide the best value for regular bookings. Pricing and credit allocations are shown on the pricing page and may change if the service is updated.
Stripe is used for checkout and subscription billing. Credits are added once a payment has been successfully processed.
Changes to the service
Tech Den Academy may update the website, pricing, session options, and these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service.
If changes affect booking, pricing, safeguarding, or refunds, the website and support pages will be updated to reflect them clearly.
